Future of Roade Library

Northants County Council have announced large proposed budget cuts, one of the services threatened with cuts is the library service with Roade Library being one of the local libraries threatened with closure.

Remembrance Sunday Road Closures

Please note that some sections of the following roads will be closed on Sunday November 12th.

Hartwell Road, Ashton Road, High Street and Northampton Road between 10.50am and 11.15am to ensure the safety of those taken part in the Remembrance Parade in Roade.

Consultation on proposed Library Closures

New Homes Bonus - Grants available for local community groups

Did you know that there is a sum of money available for community groups to help with specific projects?

'South Northants Council continues to support local communities with grant funding through the New Homes Bonus where they have experienced housing growth.'
