  • The next F&GP Meeting will be held on Thursday 8th June at 7.30pm, at the Parish Office
  • The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 15th May at 7.30pm at Roade Village Hall
  • The next Community Safety Committee Meeting will be held at 7.15pm on Monday 5th June at Roade Library
  • The next Community Events Committee Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 13th June at Roade Library

In order to comply with Local Government Transparency Code 2015 requirements, the Council must make available details of any expenditure made over £500.00.

All payments are reviewed and approved at the Full Council meeting on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Members of the public and councillors are welcome to come and view the accounts records should they wish to, however, all payments are also recorded in the minutes of the Council meetings.

In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act (2014) members of the public are able to view the accounts records of the Council during the annual public inspection period in June/July.
