The Parish Council have been advised that the resurfacing of the road and footpath outside Roade Primary School has been delayed until tomorrow - Thursday 29th October 2020.
Kauto Civils are hoping to have this work completed in one day.

As Covid-19 cases are rising in Roade, all residents in the village will be receiving a copy of the attached leaflet over the weekend as a reminder of measures to follow and the Covid-19 symptoms as a way of helping keep residents safe.

The Parish Council have been advised that the resurfacing work to the footpaths and carriage way outside of Roade Primary School is going to be delayed slightly.
Kauto Civils have advised that Hartwell Road (outside of the school) will be closed Wednesday 28th October - Friday 30th October. A suitable diversion route will be put in place and all residents will have 24 hour access to their properties.... Read More »

Roade library has a collection of nearly 80 jigsaw puzzles, you can gain access to these by joining the jigsaw club - Membership is just £5.
A catalogue of the jigsaws will be able to view in the library, from which you can choose one to borrow. On return, you can swap it for another of your choice. In line with Covid guidelines, returned jigsaws will be quarantined for 72 hours.

The Parish office will be only open for visitors between 1pm - 2pm today (Tuesday 20th), Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd October due to staff training.
Should you need urgent support please either email or telephone the office leaving a message and the clerk will return your call as soon as she's available.
The Parish Office will be open on Friday morning 10am - 12pm as usual.

Remedial Works on new Northampton Road Roundabout & Resurfacing Hartwell Road outside Roade Primary School
The Parish Council has been advised that Kauto Civils will be carrying out some remedial works on the new roundabout at Northampton Road/London Road and also along Hartwell Road outside Roade Primary School over the next couple of weeks. This work will cause some disruption to traffic.

Positive cases have doubled last week and residents are being urged to strictly follow national and local Public Health guidance to prevent a further rapid rise.
