There are still quite a few Christmas Decorations on graves at the cemetery. We would like to remind anyone that may have forgotten to remove decorations from love ones graves, that it's traditional to remove Christmas decorations on the twelfth night, which was 6th January.

Edit: We have been advised that the car has been removed today.
We have received an update from the E.L.V.I.S team at Northamptonshire Police. They have advised that the abandoned car has been investigated by a warden who has authorised the removal of the car this morning. It has been passed to their recovery operator to collect, so it should hopefully be removed within 24 hours.

Following the government advising of a national lockdown. The Parish Council can confirm that outdoor play areas such as the Rec and the park at Churchcroft open space can remain open. We would like to remind residents to adhere to social distancing guidelines when using the play equipment and to ensure that hands are washed/sanitised before and after using the equipment.

Further to our post earlier advising that the CCTV cameras were being activated for training, we can confirm that staff training has now been completed.
All cameras will be deactivated this afternoon, we can confirm that any footage that may have been recorded before or during training has been deleted and no further recordings will be taken until the cameras are activated.

We would like to make residents aware that the CCTV cameras will be activated for a short time this afternoon for staff training only.
They will be de-activated after the training has finished and will not be switched on again until all policies are in place.
We will notify residents before the CCTV cameras are switched on.
