We have been advised that the southbound M1 junction 14 to 15 full carriageway closure, junction 14 entry slip and Newport Pagnell services closure tonight has been cancelled.

Speed limit change on M1 from Friday 10th September

We have been advised that the speed of the traffic will be dropped from 60mph to 50mph after Newport Pagnell Services to junction 15. This will happen on Friday 10 September 2021.

This decrease in speed is to carry out surfacing works which commence on Monday 13 September 2021, there will be portable messaging signs which will warn drivers of this change.

Please see below update from Highways England for the M1 junction 13 to 16 scheme for the week commencing Monday 30th August 2021.

Tuesday 31st August for 4 nights - 10pm - 6am - M1 junction 13 to 15 Lane 1 and 2 closure.

Action Fraud has received over 700 reports from members of the public about fake emails purporting to be from the NHS. Bench at the Ridings has been removed

Residents may already be aware that the bench outside the shop at The Ridings has been broken and is beyond repair. We have removed the bench as a health and safety precaution.

We are aware that this bench is regularly used and have ordered a replacement.
