Please note the cameras have to be activated in order for them to be set up, nothing will be recorded until digital privacy screens are in place and the field of view has been set up on the cameras.

The Parish Council are delighted to announce that the purchase of Roade Library building was completed on Monday 1st March 2021. Roade Parish Council purchased the premises from Northamptonshire County Council using Section 106 monies received from the recent housing developments in the village, enabling the library to continue being community managed.

After the success of the Community Larder's appeal for Christmas Chocolate for them to distribute to the recipients of their weekly free food boxes they are asking for donations of Easter goodies.
Boxes for donations are in all the village shops, please do support them by buying locally if you can.

We wanted to make all residents aware that there's been a delay in the activation of the CCTV cameras this week. This is an unforeseen circumstance due to the installation engineer being poorly.
As soon as we receive any further updates as to when the cameras will be activated we will make you aware.
